You acquire core competencies like team spirit and goal-oriented thinking before you even get your bachelor’s degree. Financially, a dual course of study is also extremely attractive. You’ll get a salary from day one and we’ll pay your tuition. What’s more, as we think it’s never too soon to promote an international mindset, you’ll have the chance to spend some time abroad.

We select candidates on school grades, conduct grades, possible absences and extracurricular activities. If we select you, you will first have to pass a written test before submitting work samples and then having personal interviews.
Written test
You’ll do this is a group of around 10 to 16 people. The test assesses your language skills, mathematical abilities, concentration and job-specific skills. It takes about three hours and is done on a computer. If you would like to practice, click
here (German only).
Work sample
Do well in the test and we’ll invite you to take part in the practical part of the selection process: the work sample. Based on concrete tasks related to the career path you’ve chosen, it’s carried out by trainers from the relevant subject areas.
If you decide on vocational training in a commercial subject – such as industrial business management, assistant in office communication or a Bachelor of Arts – you will be evaluated at personal interviews instead of by a work sample.
Interview
This final stage of the selection process gives you the chance to introduce yourself in a personal interview with one of our psychologists and one of the trainers. We will then make a decision on your application.
